After receiving support with its governance and financial management and monitoring of its effectiveness, GERES was awarded the IDEAS quality label to certify its high level of compliance with the requirements of the IDEAS good practice guide, particularly in relation to monitoring the impact of the donations it receives.
With the threefold objective of structuring, improvement and greater transparency, GERES has been committed to a quality insurance approach with the IDEAS association scine 2012. This initiative had provided for several stages – support, evaluation and compliance – with a view to obtaining the IDEAS quality seal in 2014.
GERES had now achieved a satisfactory score against the 120 indicators in the IDEAS Guide. External experts had carried out the final evaluation of these indicators.
