Our 2013 annual report is now out. Accessible in digital format, it can be downloaded from our website.
In 2013, GERES continued its activities through 71 projects run in 14 countries in Europe, Africa and Asia. This work resulted directly in support to more than 3300 entrepreneurs and around 600,000 families or project developers, while indirectly benefiting 2,800,000 people.
In total, more than 3 million (direct and final) beneficiaries were able to improve their circumstances and take advantage of the techniques and know-how on offer. These results could not have been achieved without the fieldwork of our local technical partners and the support of our financial partners.
GERES would like to express its sincere thanks to all of them.
The trust you place in us year after year is as vital as ever.
Promoting sustainability, sharing good practice, facilitating local community autonomy and disseminating solutions as widely as possible, GERES is still doing what it does best: working with others to learn, understand and innovate over the long term, transparently, with respect and enthusiasm!
