Three guides to understand food processing in Benin

GERES Benin is publishing three guides aimed at artisans and entrepreneurs involved in the SETUP project. These user guides are an attractive capitalization document that highlights the activities and techniques involved in providing a food-processing service in rural Africa.

The multifunction platforms are used for semi-industrial processing of staple farm produce such as cassava, palm fruit and groundnuts. They lighten women’s traditional workload and improve the quality of the food products on the market.
