Two workshops to persuade apartment owners in Marseille to save energy

GERES, an information provider on energy saving in Marseille, is organizing two workshops open to everyone on “Better energy management for apartment blocks”.

GERES is organizing two workshops open to everyone on “Better energy management for apartment blocks”. Those attending this meeting will have the opportunity to discuss technical solutions and their cost, as well as the necessary finance and expected savings, with energy and housing experts.

Prices for domestic energy, especially gas and electricity, are climbing steadily upwards. Apartment owners in Marseille are worried about the size of their bills and expenditure on heating and hot water in particular.

In this situation, the best way to reduce bills is to invest in improving building energy efficiency. But where to start? Everyone is looking for solutions to ensure better collective management of their consumption.

Those attending the 5th edition of “Better energy management for apartment blocks” will have the opportunity to discuss technical solutions and their cost, as well as the necessary finance and expected savings, with energy and housing experts.

Following the April 2012 edition, 70% of participants said these workshops helped them to move forward with their collective retrofit plans.

These free workshops are open to apartment owners, management committee members and managing agents.
