Human Resources Manager – Aubagne, France (M/F)
Under the supervision of the General Delegate, the Human Resources Manager (HRM) is the reference person for the HR department, directly contributing to development proposals for the HR function within the structure. The Human Resources Manager’s main missions are to develop the GPEC within the Association, to guarantee the coherent application of HR policies and the implementation of risk prevention and well-being at work actions.
He/she is the contact person for the CSE and employees. In addition to the HR Manager, the HR team is composed of a Human Resources Officer who will report to the HR Manager, as well as a Payroll and Time Management Officer, who reports to the Administrative and Financial Director. Geres’ workforce includes about forty employees under French law and about one hundred international employees under local contracts.
