Context

As part of the national program “Alliance of Municipalities for Energy Transition – ACTE”, the National Agency for Energy Management Tunisian – ANME wishes to engage a mission to prepare a strategy for the involvement of civil society in the promotion of the communication policy of local authorities in the territorial energy transition.

The main mission of the contractor is to provide support to ANME for the establishment of a support system for the development of Energy and Climate Information Services. This will be done through the launch of a call for project ANME aimed at the Tunisian civil society to conduct awareness actions in 3 cities of Tunisia: Sousse, Nabeul and Medenine.

This call for projects is a pilot phase whose lessons learned will be used to develop the device expanded to other cities, which should be finalized in October 2022.

These activities are financially supported by AFD, ADEME with the technical assistance of Geres.

Conditions de candidature

He/she is contracted by Geres. He/she will work in collaboration with the different departments of ANME, its partners and Geres in Tunisia, primarily local authorities and associations. and associations.
