Annual report 2025

The energy price crisis is hitting the most vulnerable people and communities the hardest. Around the world, millions of families and small artisanal or agricultural businesses are seeing their access to electricity, heating, and clean cooking methods threatened, which is exacerbating inequalities and weakening the economy. This crisis serves as a stark reminder that energy is not a luxury, but a fundamental right—essential to human dignity, health, and progress. Today, that right is under threat.

When solidarity is called into question, the challenges intensify. But our ambition remains undiminished.

We will always seek to strengthen and demonstrate the impact of our actions. We will continue to take concrete action alongside residents, civil society organizations, local authorities, and businesses; to innovate; and to bring together expertise. In 2026, we will strengthen our partnerships, develop new initiatives, seek to promote our expertise, and maintain our efforts toward climate action and access to clean, sustainable energy for all.

Finally, we will champion international solidarity, which, through reciprocity, directly contributes to addressing common challenges that transcend borders. For clean and sustainable energy is much more than just kilowatt-hours: it is the key to a future of peace, empowerment, and social progress on a habitable Earth.
