How to better take climate change into account in development funding

This study provides a general overview of the flow of finance to developing countries and the global climate finance. Moreover, this document highlights in particular the “climate practices” of the main actors in French international financing. This analysis is accompanied by a comparison of the main observations with the practices of the national agencies of the four other major international funders (United States, Germany, Japan, United Kingdom). The present study focuses mainly on bilateral aid and decentralized cooperation.
